The sellers purchased this unit in November 2022 with 45,840 miles logged (proven on record) and have since barely added any mileage to it whatsoever. The mileage is now logged at 46,178 as demonstrated on the dash photo. The sellers have also updated multiple features on the interior of the unit. They've installed newer flooring, repainted it, added a newer table dinette (replacing the old booth dinette), and added two newer recliners (replacing the old jackknife sofa). The tires are newer with a date code of 4219. There are age-appropriate small dents in the exterior storage compartments, and there is a small crack in the rear passenger side panel. The overall condition of the 2017 Sightseer 36Z is good. The exterior was found to be clean and free of scratches, cracks, or dents, with the exception of some scratches in the right rear corner (pictured in the ad). The interior was found to be clean and in good condition. The driver/passenger seats have some pealing and have slip covers over them. The sofa was reupholstered in marine vinyl (slip cover to preserve). All systems work as designed per seller, not verified. The tires are showing some wear on the sidewalls. It can accommodate sleeping for up to 8. This 2007 Sightseer 35J by Winnebago has too many bumps, bruises, and damaged areas to list. Please see the photographs for a visual depiction. A roof and window leak was repaired in October 2023, but the interior roof's cloth covering is stained. With a date code of 4016, the tires are well on their way to needing to be replaced. The owner states that, to the best of his knowledge, all features are operational. This recreational vehicle (RV) is offered in good faith, but we cannot warrant the accuracy of this information or its condition. A professional inspection is recommended for any used RV purchase. Stock #405565 Sightseer 35J with lots of upgrades and improvements, 51,000 miles! If you are looking for an inexpensive Class C motorhome with low mileage and several electronic upgrades, this 2007 Sightseer 35J by Winnebago may be the RV for you. With only a bit over 51,000 miles, its Ford 6.8L DOHC Triton V10 engine, with 320 HP, should provide several more years of reliable service. Its TorqShift 5-speed automatic transmission allows it to tow up to 5,000 lbs. As you can see in the photographs, the interior of this unit was modified to suit the current owner's needs.
