The trailer is in very good condition and rated for full-time living, but it was used only an average of 30 nights yearly and stored under cover when not in use.
Tires are upgraded to G-Series Sailuns with 0118 date codes--new battery in January 2023.
Purchased in September 2017, and the current seller is the second owner. 50 amp, 2 ACs, six slides for lots of living area.
The RV has a leveling system and Mor-ryde axles.
The original owner made a "cat door" next to the bed for an outside bay litterbox, but the current owners say there's no evidence of pet-related damage.
Note: The fireplace does not produce heat. The seller removed the recliner because the pleather delaminating (photos) and the other sofas have similar peeling.

The Montana is a great fifth wheel for families and tailgaters alike. It features a rear master suite with a slideout, a king bed, a TV, and a large mid-bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet with an exit door across the hall. Like any luxury coach, expect many amenities, storage, cabinetry, and space in this fifth wheel!
Walking into the coach, you'll notice a large kitchen with an island adjacent to a standalone kitchen table and chairs, a 4-door refrigerator/freezer, a convection microwave, a gas cooktop with an oven, solid-surface countertops, and a two-sided sink.
The living room area is forward and includes sofa sleepers and an entertainment center TV with a fireplace below.
The rear bedroom suite has a king bed, a large slide-out wardrobe with a TV, and plenty of drawer space. Just off the master suite, you'll also find a mid-bath with a large rectangular shower with a seat, sink, and vanity adjacent to an exterior entry.
Keystone builds a quality fifth-wheel, and this fifth-wheel has plenty of basement storage, with over 130 cubic feet of space for all the camping extras.
