Dry weight is 6460 and max loaded weight is only 7600 lbs. Purchased new in 2014, and used for 1 trip to Minneapolis, Mn from Lansing, Mi and back, plus 3 local "gotta use it" weekends. It is the higher end with a lot of quality and feature enhancements. An electric fireplace you can use for heat and ambiance. It even has a porcelain loo, not plastic (won't absorb odors). Bathroom has a child friendly bath tub with a grownup shower too. Outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen with it's own fridge and sink. Solid counter tops, no formica. This is an excellent trailer that is ready to go to the right family today! InsideBedrooms:This travel trailer is a classic bunkhouse setup with a real sized queen mattress (not the smaller modified RV version) in the front bedroom with three full bunks in the back. There is a lot of cabinet/storage space for clothes and personal items in the master bedroom in the front with two full hanging closets on either side of the bed as well as full size shelves above the bed for everything else. In the bunkhouse there are shelves on one side that double as the ladder to the bunk and a large cabinet between the bunks.Main Kitchen/Living Area:This travel trailer has a full dinette that doubles as a full-size bed with lots of storage underneath and a couch that also doubles as a full-size bed when pulled out. There is a 32" LCD TV in the living room that is on a swivel and can be turned around to face into the master bedroom. In the kitchen area this trailer has the updated fixture package so all the cabinets have frosted glass and the darker wood for a modern look as well as the bigger double bowl sink with the pullout/hose faucet and sprayer switch. There is a range/oven with a hood that include a fan and light; above the range hood is the microwave. The refrigerator is 8 cu. ft. with a freezer above. There are tons of 120v outlets throughout the trailer to provide device charging. The 15,000 btu AC unit will keep you cool in the summer heat!Bathroom:The bathroom provides a bathtub for the children as well as the stand-up shower. Above the tub is a domed skylight so you will not have to be crouched over the entire time you are standing in the shower. Also in the bathroom is a standard RV toilet, sink, and medicine cabinet. The shelving in the bathroom provides a lot of extra storage for the space.Exterior:The exterior of the trailer is the smooth fiberglass with Coachmen's Liberty Edition graphics. There is the full outdoor kitchen on this unit which includes a sink, slide out for a Coleman high-output grill, and 6 cu. ft. refrigerator great for your beverages. The black tank/grey tanks have separate knife-gate valves for flushing located right behind the driver side tires in an easy to reach location. The black tank also has a factory installed interior spray bar for cleaning as needed. All the hookups and utility connections are located in the back of the trailer on the driver side for your convenience. There is a large pass through storage compartment in the front of the trailer and a large single access storage compartment in the rear. The electric awning extends from the side of the trailer in under 15 seconds and has an LED light strip to illuminate the entire thing at night. There is an electric tongue jack in the front of the trailer to assist in getting hitched and this trailer will also come with an additional Blue Ox weight distribution/anti-sway hitch to assist.
