The RV is free of body damage. The glass is free of cracking. Tires are free of dry rot, have ample tread and were all replaced in 2019. There are two areas of discoloration on the front cap where the clear bra was not removed. The interior smells fresh and clean. Overall this RV is in great shape. There were no noticeable issues with the body. No signs of delamination were seen. The interior is much the same. The upholstery and appliances had no noticeable issues. There were no signs of leaks or that musty small associated with leaks. There are no signs of water intrusion in this coach. The tires are dated 2320 but appear to be in good condition. The seller does have covers for the tires in the storage bay of the coach. This coach was stored inside until advertised for sale. The interior appears in good condition, and the upholstery was redone six mo ago, per the seller. 2013 Palazzo 36.1 shows normal wear and tear for the age. Very clean, but the furniture is showing peeling/cracking which is common for the year. The outside is in very good shape, with a roof access ladder. Has newer tires DOT of 2922. As with all used purchases, we recommend a pre-purchase inspection to have all systems checked. Overall, this RV is extremely clean inside and out. The paint and graphics on the exterior look great. The roof appears to be well-sealed. There have never been any issues with leaks. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. Bath and a half! ********************** CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER ********************** This well-maintained PALAZZO 36.1 is a popular choice among CLASS A owners. Well maintained and routinely serviced, this CERTIFIED SINGLE OWNER RV is sure to please. Typical of THOR models of this year range, the vinyl upholstery is peeling.
