The overall condition of this RV is very good. It shows little wear and tear and appears to have been well maintained. The appliances have been lightly used, as the owner states that the RV was used primarily for tailgating. Stock #405570 2016 Miramar by Thor. Surround sound outside entertainment, fireplace, tires covered when not in use. Very low mileage. Super clean, well-maintained 2016 Thor Miramar 34.2 with many upgrades and features. The upholstery was all replaced with commercial grade coverings due to some peeling from the Florida weather. The recliners are residential grade and were added after the owner purchased the unit. Tons of storage in the bottom bays. Most are pass through storage to make it easier to get to from both sides of the coach. It has side mirror cameras and a rear camera for safety. A SUPER-sized dinette that quickly folds down to be a bed. Also, there is an electric cab-over bed that is great for kids and overnight guests. The house and engine batteries were recently replaced, as was the inverter. The A/C, water heater, and generator also received recent maintenance/service. The interior is in great shape and shows very little wear and tear from use. The sofa sleeper was replaced with two recliners and an end table. The exterior shows some cracking/fading in the decals. The passenger side taillight needs to be repaired. The tires have good tread but appear to be the original, given a tire date code of 1515.
