3/4 of the exterior is really pretty. It has a great paint scheme and is in good condition, though the driver's rear side has sustained heat damage. See pics. The right rear side and back show evidence of paint damage caused by a bonfire, which was on the RV when the current seller purchased it. The majority of the paint/clear coat appears to be repairable. There are a few areas where the fiberglass appears to have been warped by heat. However, the function and overall integrity of the RV does not appear to be affected. Important Update: The owner has already begun the process of professionally repairing the exterior heat damage described earlier. This will be a positive impact on the value. As soon as the refinish project is completed I will take new photos and post them to the online description. The seller reports this 2021 OUTLAW 38KB to be in very good condition and says all maintenance is current. There are a few areas where the paint finish has been scraped by normal wear and tear. We photographed each scrape we noticed as seen in the photos. All minor. As is typical of this generation of RVS, some areas of the vinyl seating surfaces have prematurely worn. Twin A/C units are quiet and efficient and work as they should. There are no known issues with any appliances, electrical, water pipes, plumbing, etc. The vinyl coverings on the furniture and driver/passenger chairs exhibit the very typical peeling, very common with these models. The roof looks good (see pics and video). The exterior paint and graphics look really great except for a small area confined to the pull-up cover for the front located ONAN 6000W diesel generator. The seller is unaware of any issues with the RV and believes all amenities are operating as they should. The RV was fully serviced in Oct 2023 and was found in good condition. AQUA HOT operates very well. In the past 3 years, the seller replaced all the roof A/C units with heat-pumps. Two of the three A/C units were replaced within the past 18 months or so. The 10,000ks ONAN diesel generator starts up immediately and operates quietly. The front located generator is pushbotton operated and the generator compartment opens and closes also by pushbutton. No leaks ever...the engine performs very well. Tires were installed a couple of years ago...tire date code 2221. These quality GOODYEAR tires have less than 3000 miles of use. Exterior paint finishes overall are better than expected. The rear engine cover paint shows areas of burnishing which appears to be in the clear coat only. The right rear corner has areas of minor damage and some paint scarring, again appearing to be limited to clear coat. Some areas of paint abnormalities on the rt rear of the RV that you cannot see unless you observe closely. We provided numerous "un-retouched" high resolution photos and video of these areas where the paint and/or clearcoat finish shows blemish. We are selling our 2002 Class A Motor home. It does need a little cosmetic work, it has sat for a few months without use, but it runs well and only has 37000 miles. The Onan Generator is in good shape and runs without any problems. NADA estimates it to be worth $24,000 to $29,000. However, given that it does need some cosmetic work as it hasn't had much use lately, and I would like to get it out of the driveway, I can sell it for $17,900 OBO. I will basically break even after the work I have put into it.We are pretty motivated to sell it as my wife is currently deployed and we aren't getting any use out of it right now.

Beautiful almost new Diesel 2016 Fleetwood Pace Arrow LXE 38BI accepted a new job and don't have the time to travel.This Class A Pace Arrow LXE diesel coach model 38B by Fleetwood RV is perfect for a family with children. This unit features a full wall slide-out making the interior spacious and inviting. There is a second opposing slide in the main living area which adds to that spacious feeling. Step inside and stand in front of the passenger seat. Looking back on your left you will see plenty of seating with the start of the full wall slide. There is an 81" x 44" u-shaped dinette and 70" sofa with air mattress. Integral seatbelts ensure the safety of passengers while travelling. There is also an overhead shelf and cabinets above the sofa. The opposite kitchen slide features a full-sized residential refrigerator, a three burner cook-top and generous kitchen sink.
