The RV is in good condition for its age. It has been driven all over the country, and there are some signs of wear, which is normal. The lower part of the dinette has some tears and scrapes. The owner did travel with their dog, but there is no smell of a pet in the RV. This RV had a new engine assembly installed by Ford in November 2023. An oil drain plug failed, and the oil drained out of the original engine. Service records for verification are available. This coach is in nice condition. Clean and well maintained. The awning was replaced one year ago w/ LED lights. Tires were replaced with two front tires on 7/28/21 and four rear tires on 11/1/22.
