2000 Woodland Park Park Model , Trailer for sale due to limited use by owner. Trailer sleeps 4 or more as some of the furniture converts into more sleeping area. Normal wear and tear has been repaired over the years but has only had 1 owner. The trailer currently sits in a park called Treasure Beach RV Park and Campground in Fenwick Delaware. The trailer can be moved off the lot or with a inspection from the park he can remain on site. Purchased new in November 2013. We received the Park Model in November and didn't use it until May of 2014 and only used until September of 2014 and basically was only up at the property on some weekends. Introducing a new line of Park Models to the FAME RV line-up, Woodland Park. This is their American Park series, which features 10in. I beam constructed frame, Thermal-paned windows, R-22 insulation in the ceiling and floors, and R-11 in the walls. These units are built with 3/4 plywood sheeted flooring with 2x6 construction. These units have great features like, extended height in the 39" glass enclosed shower, that gives it 6' 6" head room in the shower, 6" bump-out in the master bedroom, that gives more room at the foot of the bed for movement and access into the Jack and Jill closets. Pocket doors in the bathroom and bedroom increase the space and maneuverability in the unit. Another great feature throughout this unit is the soft closing drawers in the kitchen and bathroom!! No more pinched fingers in drawers! The kitchen features full size appliances including Stove, refrigerator, and microwave. This stock unit has cabinets finished in an Irish Creme/Lincoln Cherry look and ties in with the wall color and the PVC flooring that goes throughout the unit. This model comes with a higher kitchen table and four full size chairs and a wraparound couch in the living room that also includes a hide-a-bed. This living room can be converted into another bedroom, with the privacy wall that can be pulled across to close the living room off from the rest of the unit!! The exterior is made up with Pebble Clay color vinyl siding, brown shutters, and a brown metal roof. This Park Model is truly a great piece and looks great!! Stop down and see for yourself!!
