The outside of the unit shows very well with the high gloss shine provided by the clear coat finish. There were only two minor scratches, less than an inch noted.
The interior is very clean, luxurious, very cool temp, and inviting.
The seller indicated that all electrical and mechanical items work as designed.

Located in Livingston, Louisiana, this used Vanleigh Beacon 39GBB, manufactured by Tiffin, is a great fifth-wheel trailer for sale.
If you enjoy luxury living, the Beacon has it at a very affordable price. This unit has been very well cared for. It's been garage-kept, so it's been sheltered from the sun's rays.
The owner has had the full body paint protected with an application of a clear coat, which makes clean-up a snap. Just a quick rinse, and all of the dust and dirt glides right off, leaving a high-gloss finish that rivals the best wax job.
Upon entering the Beacon, the high-end appointments are immediately noticeable. The beautiful wood cabinetry glows under the beautiful ceiling lights.
This unit has three air conditioning units, with three separate, digitally controlled thermostats.
The entertainment center has a large LED TV, stereo with speakers, and a fireplace. There is a well-cushioned sofa sleeper and two comfortable recliners. Overhead is a ceiling fan that provides extra comfort during the hot summer months.
The kitchen has everything needed for full meal preparation. It has a kitchen island with a double sink, electrical outlets for kitchen appliances, and lots of interior storage for the tallest of pots and pans. There is also a large microwave, four-range stove, oven, and cabinets for pantry and storage use. The residential-style refrigerator and freezer will store as much food and beverage as you will need.
Another nice touch is a bar with a mini fridge. The counter has a very nice-looking backsplash and more cabinets and drawers.
The master suite has a king-size bed that looks very inviting. The room has a large TV and a second fireplace. There are also lots of drawers for clothes.
The bathroom continues with beautiful cabinetry, a large shower with a sliding door, double bathroom sinks, and double mirrored medicine cabinets.
Last, there is a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer and a long closet for hanging clothes.
Outside, there is ample under-carrying storage, two awnings that provide shade, and outdoor Bluetooth speakers.
