The exterior is clean and free from any noticeable damage and is pretty much as good as new. The interior appears to be clean and free from damage. There is a very small ding on the refrigerator. Minor scratches on exterior of unit from tree branch. There is a noticeable scuff on trim. The 2 captains chairs were replaced upon agreement between dealer and owner. There is damage on both.
