This coach is in average condition for the age of the coach.
There is some fading on the paint, and she could use a good buffing. Some of the decals are cracking or coming off, and there are two small areas where the coach has damage (shown in photos) from hitting something. Neither are major.
The tires still have tread and are not cracking, but they are original, so they will need to be replaced as they are now ten years old.
The TV antenna on the roof is broken and missing and needs to be replaced if you are planning on using it.
Inside the coach, the unit is in good condition except for the peeling with the upholstery, and there is a dent in the pantry door. A seam on the ceiling is coming apart (shown in photos) and may need attention.
The generator is not currently working, but the seller is having it repaired (thinks it's the carburetor).
