Small scratch on the exterior driver side on the storage door. Some cracking of the fabric on the captain and co-pilot chair. Minor blemish on one of the dinette benches. The mirror in the full bath fell off and hasn't been replaced yet. This Axis 25.3 is in great condition, with only 21,900 miles on it. It shows very well, and according to the seller, everything works as it should. The interior is gently used, and the seats look good without rips or tears. This Coach had covered storage for winter. The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent with the amount of maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed. It does have a small rip in the back of the drivers seat from the slide out. The Drivers Air ride seat- the Air ride is not working- seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times and Newell has sent the wrong part, simple fix. There are a few tiles pulled up under the dinette that seller has to finish but they covered the access to the slide when he replaced the Slide Seals- wants to point out to new owner due to it being hard to locate. There is a hairline crack on the inside bathroom wall panel. Stock #398670 Elegant well maintained 2005 Newell Coach 45 with 52,450 miles! The Quad Slides on the Newell 45 open up the luxurious livable space with plenty of room for entertaining with leather sofa and chair and the floor fit with the slides is nearly seamless.
