The overall condition of this Newell Coach is excellent with the amount of maintenance and upgrades the seller has completed. It does have a small rip in the back of the drivers seat from the slide out. The Drivers Air ride seat- the Air ride is not working- seller claims he has ordered a new air tube several times and Newell has sent the wrong part, simple fix.
