Seller states that all systems and functions are working correctly, except for the ice maker supply line and exterior TV are not functional. The exterior, roof, awning (new Feb 2024), and interior fabrics & surfaces are in good condition except as noted and displayed in the picture gallery. The slide cover does have a 8-10" tear in the rear edge, there is some fiberglass damage in the lower rear, the drivers seat shows some wear and cracking on the right side and the exterior decals are cracking. At the time of in-person visit, this 2014 Hurricane was in average condition for its age, with a few items that need attention. Those items are as follows: The left front leveling jack needs the bottom plate installed for proper use/operation. The head pipe into the black tank has a small crack and has been resealed for a temporary fix. The cracked section of the pipe is visible and looks to be replaceable. The interior and exterior are in excellent condition as seen in the pictures. There is only 15k miles and the Generator shows less than 200 hours. The drive is excellent, with like new tires and everything in very good working order. The power mirrors make life easier, but the side view camera's activated by turn signals are a huge help on the road. The back up camera also has audio for rear guidance and real time maneuvering.
