1999 Thor Motor Coach Tahoe , 1999 RV Travel Trailer fixer-upper, incl. Weight Dist Hitch & Sway control (Good 4 Burning Man) **Ready To Camp as-is** BASICS: 1999 Thor Tahoe Travel Trailer 24' model, but actually around 29' with bike rack (which is included) Queen Walk-around Bed Good Storage - open floor plan Full Distribution Hitch System, ready to go. Sway Control works with Dist System This would be a great Burning Man rig, although we never took it there. The photos in the ad are from over the last 10 years. **PLEASE NOTE** This is currently in North Bakersfield in a storage lot. We moved to Vancouver, BC and just bought a new travel trailer in Canada & have to let go of our wonderful little rig. It hasn't leaked or shown signs of vermin or mold while stored. If you are handy with tools or RV-savvy, you could easily live in this today, full-time. This rig is not the prettiest, but I have kept it dry & caulked with a keen eye for humidity or wetness issues, which have been avoided. This has been taken across the USA & back. DETAILS: Electrical: Both DC & AC systems were functioning when we parked it. We have 2 12v batteries attached. It is a 30 AMP plug. Plumbing: No known leaks. Water Heater: The water heater needs to be replaced but it did work. Fridge: RV fridge removed & was replaced with a medium sized regular 110V fridge. Leaks: We had a short lived water leak with the A/C seal on the roof. We had a professional replace it. The small leak was tended to quickly & there is no water damage. There is no other known water leaks. Exterior: One window has a crack in it but does not leak. The first month we had it (in 2004) we found some window leaks that were fixed by recaulking. The front window cover is gone. The cover blew off on a windy driving day, we replaced it, it blew off again. Interior: We long ago removed the couch & dinette & replaced it with a folding table & two chairs. This makes for a lot of open space for a 24' trailer. Also, included is a used regular-sized queen mattress. Air Conditioner: worked when last used Awning: works. Some hardware is worn & a portion of the awning at the top is starting to fray. It has been repaired with white duct tape. It's still solid & usable. MORE DETAILS: 24' model (28' from the hitch to the bumper.) 6900 lbs GVRW. Around 5000 lbs empty. Lots of wear & tear but dry & solid. Anti-sway device INCLUDED. Air Conditioning. AC Roof seal was just replaced by a professional. 50 gal fresh 30 gal black 30 gal grey. 6 Gallon Water heater (works but it needs replacing.) Mini-fridge replaced official RV fridge. Queen Mattress.
