The seller has installed a quality memory foam mattress in the rear master bedroom. I'm told the mattress is exceptionally comfortable and supportive. This PHAETON was professionally detailed inside and out the day before photographed. Even the roof was cleaned and inspected. See pics. Meticulously maintained, Most recent services were performed in July 2023 which is less than 1,000 miles ago. Stock #400316 2019 Phaeton 40 IH by Tiffin, luxury motor coach, meticulously maintained! The owner just professionally detailed this gorgeous TIFFIN 40IH, which is spotless inside and out. A careful inspection of the exterior revealed only a superficial surface scratch on the front bonnet that one has to search for. Two cargo doors have a minor blemish near the bottom, which appears to be remedied with polishing. These areas in the photos. The exterior paint finish and graphics are truly beautiful and in superb condition. Inside, the massive 83" height gives the elegant interior a spacious feel, particularly when the 4 slides are extended. The light amber woodwork of the cabinetry and trim throughout this RV is beautiful. As one might expect, the TIFFIN PHAETON 40 IH is fully equipped. This particular PHAETON includes a dishwasher in the galley area, a privacy safe in the master bedroom closet, a separate washer-dryer, and so much more. This PHAETON includes heated floors; a much appreciated option when the weather turns cold! The leather upholstery appears to be in very fine condition and the polished tile flooring glistens. It is particularly stunning when the recessed under-cabinet lighting is on. It's really beautiful. The living area includes a hidden TV that elevates and retracts with the touch of a button. There are no issues to report, and none were observed. The nearly new and fresh tires with a date code of 1423, and include a set of Blue Tooth tire pressure monitors which are new "in the bag". The roof appears to be in great condition (see pics) Stock #385254 2021 Reflection by Grand Design 288BH in Great Condition!!! Rarely Used!!! This ONE OWNER RV is really nice. Always stored under cover in a secured storage lot and always plugged into power. It is obvious that keeping an RV powered up keeps the humidity down and preserves the interior and all the appliances. This REFLECTION is solar-prepped and includes the ARCTIC INSULATION package. Inside, you will find a "just like new" interior. The seller is a self-proclaimed neat freak and does a great job of keeping things clean. This is a great floor plan. The master bedroom is front located, and the large bathroom is adjacent. A nice, roomy kitchen and living area are generously equipped with ample storage and counter space. The rear bunk bedroom has lots of cabinet storage and is equipped with a TV and stereo. The dinette is pictured with the table removed, but it is included with the RV. The dinette converts to a nearly queen-sized bed. In the rear exterior kitchen, the seller removed the propane stove and part of the storage wall to create a large space for extra storage. Why didn't the factory build it this way....it is a great idea and really functional. (see pics). Reason for selling is not in use.

Cameo by Carriage recreational vehicles are considered luxury travel trailers, and this one lives up to that standard. It is has been used and has a few issues for which the asking price has been adjusted. One of the A/C's needs repaired or replaced, the decals have faded, the wooden floor vent in carpeted steps has a piece missing, and needs new awning fabric (awning mechanics work fine). The battery needs to be replaced, and one of the slides needs the bottom wood panel replaced. The roof has been sealed, and a dual water filtration system was always used to ensure that hard water issues would not impact the RV's plumbing system. The FORD V-10 TRITON starts right up and runs smoothly and quietly. The generator has 404 hours and is easy to start. The interior surfaces are in very good condition. The only furniture issue I noticed is a swivel rocker, which was purchased by this owner in 2020. Photos show some breakdown of the "pleather" surface. Not bad, but it is visible. Stock #352469 Extremely well kept 2011 Windsport (By Thor Motor Coach) spotless inside and out. This is a must see!! This 2011 WINDSPORT 34T is a 2 owner RV. The current owner purchased the RV in 2020 and used it primarily to relocate from New York to Texas. It is not being used currently. The interior is very nice...clean, new leather seating surfaces on driver and passenger seats as well as the fold-out couch located behind the driver seat. There are two large bunks across from the hallway bathroom with curtain privacy. Each bunk has its own lighting and LED television with DVD. The rear-located master bathroom has a slide out which makes for a spacious space. Queen bed, large Mirrored closet, and solid sliding privacy doors. There is new carpet installed, and the tile floor appears to have been replaced at some time. It really looks great and is in great condition. There are three slides. No evidence of any leaks anywhere. Twin A/C units keep this RV cool in the summer, and the 35,000 BTU heater is more than adequate for proper warmth in wintertime.
