Camper was purchased new October 2013. Has been owned by a non-smoking couple. It has not been subject to kids or pets. It has been well maintained and is cleaned regularly. Winterized & stored inside every winter. Water pressure test just completed. Was washed completely this year. Has been a great camper; however we are looking to downsize at this time.
