5th wheel is 42' long and weighs under 12,000 pounds. Purchased in August, still has 5 months left on the factory warranty. It is in perfect condition with no issues, just looking to downsize to a different model. We're including a Splendide washer/dryer combo we bought new for over $1000 in with the asking price.
