I am the second owner, and have made many memories in this fantastic motorhome. I just returned from a trip to Daytona Beach and it performed flawlessly both ways. It is mechanically sound and I've maintained it meticulously. Full disclosure: It's not perfect. I have a decent "to-do" list which I planned to take care of during the winter, as I keep it in heated storage. Today I was getting it ready to put away for the year, and came to the conclusion that I'm too busy to deal with it, and would rather sell it as-is than pay storage. Here's the list: -There is an exhaust leak from a crack in one of the left header tubes -Three of the day/night blinds need to be re-strung -The awning is in rough shape. It works, but isn't pretty. -The ladder on the back is damaged -Some of the side storage compartments need new seals -The drawers in the bedroom are a pain to open and close. I think they need new slides -The wood under the passenger side window is soft from a water leak. The previous owner had it repaired, and I've never seen any evidence of leakage. -The leaf springs are worn and make noise over bumps. I took it in and was told not to worry about it. -There are some little hardware things like slides on cabinet doors that need to be replaced. Everything that needs attention is either a cosmetic or convenience item. It's ready to use as-is. I'm certain there is not another motorhome anywhere close to this price range that's this nice.
