Large electric awning, Pull out under carriage storage units.Current odometer reading 21K Mi, Odometer was replaced at 15K miles Due to Factory repair.HVAC tested in November 2016, works great.Was serviced by: Springs Auto & Truck Service Center in Colorado Springs.Current problems: Water Heater and Plumbing need attention. Pipes burst one year when RV was not winterised. Slideout motor need replacement. (Priced low due to those issue). Need minor TLC here and there.Last Service: 5 new tires November 2016, Oil and Filters change November 2016. Fresh batteries in 2016.RV Currently wrapped, but wrap can be removed.
